No. Delivery and pickup anywhere on Tybee are free and included. We bring the bikes to where you're staying and collect them when you leave.

In summer and on holiday weekends, as far ahead as you can — especially for e-bikes, tours, and kids' gear, which are limited. Off-season, same-day is usually fine. Call if your dates are tight and we'll tell you where we stand.

A basket, a cable lock, and a cup holder on every bike. Helmets are free on request — just tell us how many and what sizes when you book.

Call us. We'll come out and fix it or swap the bike. You're not stuck on the side of the road with a wrench.

Yes — houses, condos, hotels, and campsites all work. Give us the unit number or campsite loop when you book so we know exactly where to go.

That's most of our riders. The Foot Flat frame lets you stay seated and put both feet flat on the ground when you stop, which takes the nervousness right out of it. The cruisers are single-speed, so there's nothing to figure out.

We're sorry, but the trail is currently closed as of August 3rd, 2026. It is very dangerous to ride the bikes over the bridge, so we ask that the bikes stay on the island.

No — e-bikes are not allowed on the beach. You're welcome to ride them anywhere else on Tybee, but they can't go out on the sand.

Two-hour guided tours run Thursday through Saturday, booked through Savannah Bike Tours. Groups are small, so reserve your spot ahead of time.
